We want you to love your pieces from The Happiest Hour, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully fold your garments and place them in the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
